About Us
The Site is operated by Paul Everett, an independent 10X Certified Coach on the Grant Cardone Team, doing business under OverThrive LLC and ROCKETTRAINx. We are not Cardone Training Technologies, Inc., and we do not represent ourselves as Grant Cardone or as employees of his companies. All coaching engagements are contracted directly with Paul Everett / OverThrive LLC.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not:

Coaching Engagements

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the coaching agreement, the coaching agreement controls for matters related to the coaching engagement.

The Site references and links to third-party services, including Cardone University and Grant Cardone-branded content. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of OverThrive LLC, ROCKETTRAINx, Paul Everett, or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 10X, Cardone University, and related marks are the property of Cardone Training Technologies, Inc., used with appropriate authorization as a Certified Coach. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul Everett, OverThrive LLC, ROCKETTRAINx, and our affiliates, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site (excluding claims arising under a separately executed coaching agreement) shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lubbock County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
